- Each town home has access to 3 dedicated parking spaces.
- The single family home has 4 dedicated parking spaces.
- 24 hour parallel curb parking is permitted for events and functions
General questions:
Is there an application fee?
The application fee is a non-refundable $50.
What is the deposit fee?
The deposit is 1 months rent $1195 (actual rental cost)
How may town home units are there?

What type of mailbox will I have?
Park Townes has a community mail box.
Who maintains the property?
Landscaping is maintained by Isha homes
Unfurnished:
- Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave & Garberator.
- All utilities are NOT included
- NOT included Washer and dryer add $40 per month
Furnished:
- All utilities included (electric {heat}, water, sewer, trash)
- Furnishings include: Fire Extinguisher, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots & Pans, Dining Sets, Mixing Bowls, Cutlery & Tray, Knife Block, International 25 piece Utensils (counter), Baking Trays (2), Cutting Boards (2)1 glass / 1 wood, Drinking Glasses 24 piece "Surf", 6 piece Crystal de Arc Wine glasses, Garbage Can, Paper Towel Holder, Drain Tray, Heat Trivets, Pot Holders, Kitchen Clock, Mirror, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, Range, Dishwasher, & Garberator.

When will the single family home be ready?
Construction will be complete in 3 months.
What is the size of the single family home?
3,000 Sq. Ft. with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the second floor
What is the rent of the single family home?
$500 per bedroom with all utilities and cable and phone.
